About the collection
Igusa screens and seating that create a place of calm within shared spaces
For more than a thousand years, igusa has shaped the places of Japanese life as tatami. Tsuki Hana carries this natural fiber into contemporary shared spaces through a collection of screens and seating.
High, enveloping backrests and screens that gently filter sightlines create quiet places to pause within lobbies and lounges, without interrupting the openness of the space.
The fragrance and touch of Igusa, and the way it catches natural light, bring a calm sense of intimacy that harmonizes with its surroundings.

Design Oneworks by Andrea Sanguineti
Andrea Sanguineti leads the Interior Concept and Product Design unit at Oneworks, bringing over 25 years of experience across product design, interiors and design strategy. His approach brings interiors and products together through a dialogue between materials, craftsmanship and spatial experience. In its collaboration with Look into Nature, Oneworks takes igusa itself as the starting point for design. Its softness to the touch, natural fragrance and distinctive texture are carefully explored, allowing the material’s qualities to guide form and function. Guided by respect for the craftsmanship and Japanese culture behind igusa, Oneworks explores furnishings for contemporary spaces. “Igusa has always defined a place. We wanted it to create a place wherever it is,” says Sanguineti.
